These terms govern your use of thehivemind.live and all tools and services operated by The Hive Mind LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website and tools, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Tools

Our standalone tools (LTC Generator, Tap Tempo, MIDI Click Track Generator, Input List Creator) are provided free of charge for personal and professional use. You may use the output files (WAV, MIDI, etc.) in your productions, performances, and projects without restriction.

2. Stageplot Creator

The Stageplot Creator (app.thehivemind.live) is available in a free watermarked version and paid versions ($3.99/month or $150 perpetual license). Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time. Perpetual licenses do not expire. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

3. Intellectual Property

Our content: All Hive Mind tools, their source code, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of The Hive Mind LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or embed any of our tools or their code on third-party websites.

Your content: Stage plots, input lists, and other files you create using our tools belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Embed, iframe, scrape, or mirror our tools on other websites
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated bots or scripts to access our tools at scale
• Use our tools for any unlawful purpose
• Resell access to our free tools or claim them as your own

5. Availability

We strive to keep our tools available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice. Free tools may remain free or may change pricing in the future — existing features will be grandfathered where possible.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any tool will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use our tools at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hive Mind LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our tools, including but not limited to lost data, missed performances, or equipment issues.

8. Accounts

If you create a Stageplot account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials. You may request account deletion at any time through our contact page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
